BetBoom Dacha: Format
BetBoom Dacha 2023 is the final event of the 2023 DOTA 2 season before the ultimate finale, the International. It's split into two stages: an Online Stage and the LAN Stage. The Online Stage was held in August and was won by Nigma Galaxy to earn their slot in the LAN Stage.
Starting on September 10, the LAN event features two phases: a Group Stage and the Playoffs. Despite the massive prize pool of $250,000, only the top four teams get a slice. Check out our dedicated BetBoom Dacha overview for more information on the exact prize pool distribution.
Group Stage (September 10 - 12)
- The eight invited teams will be divided into two round-robin groups of four teams each.
- All matches are best-of-two.
- The top two teams are seeded into the Upper Bracket of the Playoffs. 3rd placed teams are seeded into the lower bracket, while the 4th-placed teams are eliminated from the competition.
Playoffs (September 13 - 16)
- Six teams compete in a double-elimination bracket.
- All matches are best-of-three, except the Grand Final, which is best-of-five.

Due to unforeseen complications like VISAs and passports, three previously qualified teams have been unable to make it to BetBoom Dacha, namely Quest Esports, Team Spirit, and Team Aster, who have since been replaced by Team Secret, TSM, and Evil Geniuses, respectively.
